Originally from Montecatini, in Tuscany, General Manager Franco Girasoli knows how to make things happen—so much so that one regular guest has dubbed him “the miracle manager”.

Franco’s dream has always been to be an ‘ambassador’ for Italy, promoting the country’s beauty and culture around the world. Working in a hotel has proved the perfect way to achieve this. He spent 11 years at Villa San Michele, Hotel Caruso’s sister hotel, and since 2007 has been General Manager at Hotel Caruso.

He relishes rising to the challenge of the most unusual requests from guests, especially when this involves highlighting new aspects of Italy.
