He worked for many years in Switzerland, London and Sardinia before joining the Hotel Caruso in 2005.
Giovanni is featured in the acclaimed business book, You, Inc., by Harry Beckwith, as an incredibly enthusiastic worker, busy in the restaurant during breakfast, lunch and dinner, six days a week. He loves being in the hotel and chatting with guests—even singing and playing the mandolin for them—and he will do everything he can to make your visit perfect.
