Janet, who has a Neapolitan and Swedish background, takes care of journalists’ enquiries and arranges press trips. She has an incredible passion for her work and enjoys pulling out all the stops to make each stay unforgettable.

She worked for many years at some of the most renowned hotels on the Sorrentine peninsula and Amalfi Coast, as well as on board the famous cruise ship Achille Lauro, before docking at the Caruso a few months before its re-opening in 2005.

With her motto, "Nothing is impossible", and her abundant energy, she aims to solve even the most demanding requests. When singer Alicia Keys stayed at the hotel, she was so inspired by the wonderful panorama from her suite's terrace that she asked for a grand piano in order to compose a song. Janet organised a helicopter to lower a piano directly onto the patio, and the singer couldn't believe her eyes!
