Massimo is a real gourmet, loving food from all over the world and wine. He worked for many years in England and Singapore, always in the restoration field - including various experiences in many hotels in Milan. He loves Mediterranean and Asian cuisine and is a cigar’s lover.
He contributed to the opening of Caruso and all the Food & Beverage outlets, working closely with the Chef and his team to make sure everything meets the highest standards. He's a "yes man", always taking care of every client with a smile!
