Lemons & Limoncello
The main product of the Amalfi Coast, as everyone knows, are the lemons, protagonists of the unstoppably successful "Limoncello", the liquor that is made by infusing the lemon rind in alcohol. Amalfi lemons are the best, being very juicy, big and scented. They are cultivated on Pergolas. Apart from the traditional Limoncello, other liquors are made in Ravello, following rigorously artisan and ancient techniques: myrtle, bay leaf and wild fennel.
