Raffaella and her team are the ‘hidden angels’ of Hotel Caruso, working behind the scenes to ensure that guests have a wonderful stay.

Born in Amalfi, Raffaella herself first joined the hospitality industry when still a teenager, moving among some of the region’s best hotels. During her career she has worked in various departments, including reservations, front desk and events.

She very much enjoys her contact with guests and is delighted to offer special insider advice on what is ‘her’ part of the world.
